February Specials
Throughout the month of February, The Red Mill will feature the 3rd place Chef Showdown entrée from our event held last November: Salmon Gremolata. This 8oz salmon fillet is rubbed with an Italian Gremolata style crust served with a side of Three-Cheese Pasta Salad, plus choice of soup, salad, or potato for $20.95.
For dessert, enjoy Red Velvet Cake for $4.95. This traditional double-layer red velvet cake is covered with cream cheese butter icing and garnished with chocolate decorations.

The Red Mill will be closed on February 7 (SuperBowl Sunday).
The Red Mill will open at 4:00 on Valentine's Day (Sunday 2/14/2010). Reservations are strongly encouraged.
